AI IA Design is an architectural practice which offers a variety of different typologies of projects. Residential projects as well as commercial and public projects and feasibility studies are the main focus. Collaboration with different designers and interdisciplinary partners is part of my business and is challenging me to be an even better architect and strategist. I work on projects across different continents, bridging global influences with a deep respect for local contexts. Whether in urban environments or remote natural settings, my design approach is rooted in a strong vision, an understanding of place and surroundings, and a carefully crafted a strategy and design that aligns with each client’s aspirations.
I provide architectural design concepts across different sectors. My work spans feasibility studies, design strategy, interior architecture and design consulting, ensuring a cohesive and considered approach across all project scales.
Though based in the swiss mountains, my practice is international, with current projects in Switzerland, Croatia, and Australia. Whether working on a residential renovation or a large-scale real estate, I guide each project with a structured yet adaptable process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable journey from a strong vision matched with a clear strategy and a final design concept. Each project is unique, and I collaborate closely with clients to shape a tailored approach that aligns with their vision, offering flexible ways of working to achieve the best outcome.

Born and raised in the Swiss countryside, I began my architectural journey with an apprenticeship in architectural draughtsmanship, which laid a strong technical foundation for my work. I later pursued studies in interior architecture, combining my passion for spatial design with a deep understanding of materials and design in Switzerland (University of Lucerne 2019) and México (Universidad de Monterrey 2018). Living abroad and working remotely in México, Hawai’i and Namibia has offered me a unique opportunity to dive deeper into architectural approaches on different continents. My love for travel has shaped my perspective, allowing me to draw inspiration from diverse landscapes, cultures, and ways of living.
My professional experience spans multiple continents, allowing me to work on diverse projects and develop a broad architectural perspective. Before establishing my own practice, I worked with award winning firms on international commercial, hospitality and competition projects, refining my approach to design, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration while working in Spanish, English, French and German language.
As a lifelong and passionate traveler and adventure seeker, I draw inspiration from the landscapes and built environments I encounter around the world. Now based in the Swiss mountains, my work is shaped by an appreciation for design, aesthetics, and long lasting momentums. In 2024, I founded my own practice to create architecture that is both refined and deeply connected to its surroundings—spaces that embrace stillness, materiality, and a sense of belonging.

My aim is to create a link between emotional design and longevity as an sustainable approach. For me, vernacular architecture means continuing to tell the stories of existing materials, buildings and places and jointly developing new narratives for a positive future. AI IA Design is an ambassador of slow and long lasting architecture.
My work encompasses stragedy and design as an ensemble. It all starts with creating a vision, building a suitable strategy and finalise with an enriching design customised for each project. As an architect it is important to understand the necessities of the topographical location and the local resources that can be provided for a way to interact with a sustainable design approach.
